You are invited to worship in your own neighborhood.
Morning Star is a small, Bible-believing church on Wildwood Street, just off Ustick, a short walk or drive from your home. Sunday morning begins at 9:00 with fellowship and coffee, and the worship service follows at 9:30.
On the first day of the week we came together to break bread. Paul spoke to the people and, because he intended to leave the next day, kept on talking until midnight.

The music begins
The worship team plays as everyone takes their seats. You are welcome to sit anywhere, including toward the back.
- 9:30 AM
The worship service
We sing together, a chapter of Scripture is read aloud, and one of our pastors preaches from the Bible for about half an hour. Children go to their own class partway through.
- 10:30 AM
Closing prayer
The service ends in prayer. Coffee is usually still on afterward, and many stay to talk.
A small church, gathered around the Word.
We are a traditional, Bible-believing congregation. Most of the songs we sing are older hymns, and the preaching is the Bible, read aloud and explained.
We come before the Lord with reverence on Sunday morning and keep the service simple, so that the Word of God and the Christ it proclaims stay at the center of it.
Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.
A few questions you may have.
- What should I wear?
- We encourage you to come in your Sunday best, whatever that looks like for you. We dress with care on Sunday out of reverence for the Lord, and we ask that everyone dress modestly.
- What if I arrive late?
- Come in quietly and take a seat toward the back. You are welcome whenever you arrive.
- Will I be asked to stand or speak?
- No. Visitors are not singled out or asked to stand or speak. You are welcome to sit, listen and worship with us.
- Can I bring my children?
- Yes, children are welcome. Sunday School for ages 4 to 10 meets during the service, and there is childcare for ages 0 to 3. More below.
- What if I am not sure what I believe?
- You are welcome to come with your questions. The Word of God is open to everyone who seeks, and visiting does not commit you to anything.

We recorded these two mornings on October 4 and 11: an open conversation, held live on stage, on what Scripture says about the times we are living in, with questions from those who attended.
