Praise the Lord, brothers and sisters. And to start off this beautiful morning, I'd like to read a place from Psalm 100, verses 1 to2. Make a joyful shout to the Lord, all you lands. Serve the Lord with gladness. Come before his presence with singing. No, praise. It's not meant to be quiet. It's a loud joyful shout to God who's been good to us. And when we serve God with a glad heart, it stops feeling uh like a chore and it starts feeling like an honor. And singing is just what a thankful heart does. And it's the natural way that we come to God. And so this morning, um, bring your joy and let's worship and just praise God for how good he is. And with that being said, let's stand up and pray for the service. Lord God, we thank you for this beautiful morning you've given us, Lord. And we pray and we ask for your blessings on this service, Lord God, for the Holy Spirit to fill this place, God. Work in our hearts today, Lord. Speak to our hearts, God. Bless the singing, Lord. Bless the word that's going to be said to us today, Lord. We thank you for everything you've given us and for Jesus Christ who died on the cross for our sins. In Jesus name we pray. Amen. Amen. For our first song, we'll be singing Love Lifted Me. I was sinking deep in sin, far from the peaceful shore. Very deeply stayed within, seeking to rise no more. But the master of the sea heard my desparing cry from the waters lifted me now safe am I. Love lifted me. Love lifted me when nothing else could help. Love lifted me. Love lifted me. Love lifted me. When nothing else stood out, love lifted me. All my heart to him I give. Ever to him I'll cling. In the blessed presence live, ever his praises sing. Love so mighty and so true merits my soul's best songs. Faithful loving service to to him belongs. Love lifted me. Love lifted me when nothing else could help. Love lifted me. Love lifted me. Love lifted me. When nothing else could help. Love lifted me. Souls in danger look above. Jesus completely saves. He will lift you by his love out of the angry waves. But the master of the sea will his will oy. He your savior wants to be be saved today. Love lifted me. Love lifted me. When nothing else could help, love lifted me. Love lifted me. Love lifted me. When nothing else could help, love lifted me. Love lifted me. Love lifted me when nothing else could help. Love lifted me. Love lifted me. Love lifted me. and nothing else could help. Love lifted me. And for our second song, we'll be singing Showers of Blessings. There shall be showers of blessing. This is the promise of love. There shall be seasons refreshing sent from the Savior above. Showers of blessing. Showers of blessing we need. Mercy drops round us are falling. But for the showers we plead. There shall be showers of blessings. Precious reviving again over the hills and the valleys. Sound of abundance of rain. Showers of blessing. Showers of blessing we need. Mercy drops around us are fing. But for the showers we plead. There shall be showers of blessing. Send them upon us, O Lord. Grant to us now our refreshing. Come and thou honor thy word. Showers of blessing. Showers of blessing we need. Mercy drops around us are falling. But for the showers we plead. There shall be showers of blessing. Oh that today they might fall. Now as to God we're confessing. Now as on Jesus we call showers of blessing. Showers of blessing we need. Mercy draws round us are falling. But for the showers we plead. There shall be showers of blessings if we but trust and obey. There shall be seasons refreshing. If we let God have his way. Showers of blessing. Showers of blessing we need. Mercy drops round us are falling. But for the showers we plead. Showers of blessing. Showers of blessing we need. Mercy drops around us are falling. But for the showers we plead. Praise God. Praise God. Friends, we're going to do our Bible reading and showers of blessing we need. Amen for that. That was a really good song. Uh let's open up to Psalms 42, which is page 8008. Psalms 42. Those that saw the the print out um of the schedule, I accidentally put Psalms 31 or something. So, I'm about 11 Psalms behind. U but we're going to be reading Psalms 42, page 8008. As the deer pants for the water brooks, so pants my soul for you, oh God. My soul thirsts for God, for the living God. When shall I come and appear before God? My tears have been my food day and night, while they continually say to me, "Where is your God?" When I remember these things, I pour out my soul within me. For I used to go with the multitude. I went with them to the house of God with the voice of joy and praise, with a multitude that kept a pilgrim feast. Why are you cast down, oh my soul? And why are you disqued within me? Hope in God, for I shall yet praise him for the help of his countenance. Oh my God, my soul cast down within me. Therefore I will remember you from the land of the Jordan and from the heights of Hermon from the hill Mazzar. Deep calls onto deep at the noise of your waterfalls. All your waves and billows have gone gone over me. The Lord will command his loving kindness. In the daytime and in the night his song shall be with me. A prayer to the God of my life. I will say to God, my rock, why have you forgotten me? Why do I go mourning because of the oppression of the enemy? As with a breaking of my bones, my enemies reproach me, while they say to me all day long, "Where is your God? Why are you cast down, oh my soul? And why are you disquited within me? Hope in God for I shall yet praise him the help of my countenance and my God. Oh friends, this is Psalm of David and we can see here that he was surrounded by his enemies. The enemies are trying to bring him down. And even though he knows that God is his help, but he says, "Why? Why is my soul down? Why is my countenance down? I know that God is my hope." And he calls out to the Lord, "Please, Lord, please help me. Help me have joy. Even though my enemies are trying to destroy me, help me have joy. And friends, whenever we are going through hardships in our life, know that God is your only hope. Because your friends, your family, they can only help you so much. But God will carry you through. David knew this and he said, "God is my hope." When we make God our hope in our trials, he will get us through them. So, let us remember that and reap Psalm 42 all week long and rejoice in the Lord. We're going to have uh sister um she's going to sing a song for us. She prepared a beautiful song that's going to praise our God and King. And then after that we're going to have our uh meet and greet. And then oh no uh after that we're going to pray for Sunday school. So please come up. Your heart will always be my home, no matter where I go. Oh, no matter what may come, you'll be my shelter in the storm. A harbor safe and sound. We're only true. Forgiveness can be found. But still, I want to run away. and go it all alone. When will I ever learn from my mistakes? And I can live without your love. Cuz your eyes have seen beyond the things I'm guilty of. I won't be afraid. to turn back down the road. Cuz your heart will always be. And when I cried a thousand tears, you always wipe them dry. and watch me as I spread my wings to fly to a place where holiness begins and mercy never ends. And I will find my freedom once again. But still I want to run away. and go it all alone. When will I ever learn from my mistakes? I can live without your love. Cuz your eyes have seen beyond the things I'm guilty of. I won't be afraid. need to turn back to the Lord cuz your heart will always be my love. Your hands are always open to catch me when I call. I feel a million miles away, but that's no distance at all. Oh, but still I want to run away and go it all alone. When will I ever learn from my mistakes? And I can live without your love. Cuz your eyes have seen beyond the things I'm guilty of. I won't be afraid to turn back to the road. Cuz your heart will always be my home. Cuz your heart will always be my home. Thank you, Selen Dion. I mean, Aikica, wasn't that beautiful? Jeez, just I could never do that. Um, but let's stand up. We're going to be uh praying for our Sunday school. And I wanted to read from Proverbs 19. It says that the foolishness of man twists his way and his heart frets against the Lord. The foolishness of man twists his way. So a foolish man, he makes his mistakes and then he goes and blames the Lord. So over here we're going to be learning today all of us them in Sunday school are us in Sunday school how to walk in the ways of the Lord to not make foolish mistakes in life. Amen. So let's pray for the power of the Holy Spirit to come down and to touch each heart. Lord God we thank you for this blessed time Lord that we could come and learn about your words. Lord, may the power of the Holy Spirit touch the the the children and the teacher, Lord God, in us today, Lord, when we're going to be hearing about the power of your word, Lord God, that renews, that restore us, that changes, God, that it's the light to our path and our life, Lord God. Bless us, Lord God. Bless all of us. Open up our hearts, our minds, and our spirit to accept what's going to be spoken this morning. In Jesus name we pray. Amen. Let's have our meet and greet and then uh brother Vlad, he's going to share a sermon. Come on. Beautiful. Take the mic. Yeah, probably because Morning dear church. Uh this is kind of different position for me and occasionally when I'm at the stage I'm to the left helping to translate uh but this is I have an opportunity to stand in the pulpit and I thank God for this opportunity and that I am uh able to share what God put on my heart. Today is uh many of you know it's the church celebrates day of Pentecost. It's when God has sent the promise that he gave to disciples that he would send the spirit uh after his leaving. And there was a lot more that Jesus could have taught the apostles. Uh but at that time he said that they could not receive it all. They could not comprehend it all at that time. And he would send the Holy Spirit. He would send the helper that would teach and guide him and all the truth. And I want to read the passage from the Bible where that Jesus speaks of that. It's going to be from John uh 16 12-15. And here Jesus speaking to the disciples, he said, "I still have many things to say to you, but you cannot bear them now. When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you in all the truth. for he will not speak on his own authority, but whatever he hears he will speak, and he will declare to you the things that are to come. He will glorify me, for he will take what is mine and declare it to you. All that the father has is mine. Therefore, I said that he will take what is mine and declare it to you. And as we know um that has happened on the day of Pentecost which is uh 50 days from the day when Jesus has uh raised back into heaven. And today churches are celebrating uh this holiday. And um Holy Spirit is a third person of Godhead. So it's it's God himself, right? We say God the father, God the son, and God the holy spirit. So having this promise uh today it wasn't only given to disciples right it was given to those who would follow after him and being that I think majority of us here from Pentecostal tradition we all believe in that uh I think a lot of us if not most have experienced that we have received the Holy Spirit we have received with the signs of the tongues and there's many other um promises that come with the Holy Spirit uh some of the I'll read through some of the things that holy spirit does in the life of believer and the life of church and in general what the purpose of holy spirit is in the world um it says that holy spirit will dwell in believers says that he will teach believers he will remind believers of Christ's words he will testify about Jesus he will empowers believers believers to witness And this is um the one that I kind of want to take time to talk about um today as as you know previous uh Sunday and the the goal of this uh congregation in general right it's been desire to witness its desire to bring those who are fallen desire to bring those who are lost those who are on the way to hell I mean as much as that word might you know cut our ear hearing that people are going to hell. Nobody wants to hear that. Uh but if we being truthful and faithful to the gospel, that's what Jesus came for, right? He came to save the lost. He came to save those who are perishing. So for those people who have not received uh the gift of eternal life by believing Jesus Christ at this moment their life is on trae on trajectory to hell. And if we do not come out, if we do not preach, if we do not speak, if we not we do not bring that truth, who will? Right? This is uh the this is the work that the Lord left for us and he gave Holy Spirit to uh help us in that in that endeavor. And I'll continue mention other things uh what Holy Spirit does and then we'll return about the power that he will give us. He will convict the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment. So when a person hears the word being preached and when he hears the words of the gospel and he start getting convicted in his heart he's being judged and he understands that he's a sinner and he's need of salvation this is the work of the Holy Spirit. So when if if you experiencing that call in your heart when you hearing the sermons when you hearing singing the hymns do not reject that is the Holy Spirit that is God himself reaching out into your heart he is tugging at your heart and he's saying I'm speaking to you your life is not right with me you will perish and I do not want that Lord did not create hell for for humans right he says it was for his angels and the devil unfortunately being deceived by the devil I will many go into that place. He will speak. He will speaks God's message. He reveals things to come. He will glorify Jesus. Holy Spirit regenerates us. He gives us new birth. He seals believers. He produces spiritual fruit in believers. He gives spiritual gifts. He helps believers pray. He leads God's children. So these are 16 um that I that I found. I know if there's uh maybe a few more but this is the this is the work of the Holy Spirit. He's left uh Jesus calls him a helper. Helper will come and um let me read that John 15 uh 26. John 15:26 Jesus says, "But when the helper comes who I will send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth who proceeds from the Father, he will bear witness about me and you also will bear witness because you have been with me from the beginning." Here we see that the Holy Spirit will will proceed from the father and he will bear witness. And apostles also uh they preach the gospel. So bearing witness, right, is being preaching out what they have seen. Today for us, we were not walking in the days with Jesus. But what we do have is we have that same Holy Spirit that was promised. Same Holy Spirit that descended on uh on church on the day of Pentecost. That is a promise that's given to you and to me. If you're a believer, it is a gift of God that is promised to us. It is something that we can obtain. It is something that we can pray for. It is something that's given fortification of the church, for preaching of the gospel. Uh there's a passage says that when you'll be questioned, you don't have to think about what to say because holy spirit will tell you what to say. Holy Spirit will bring passage in our mind. He'll give us the right word. It'll give us wisdom. So it is important that we believe in the gifts of the Holy Spirit. It is important that we believe that his promise is given to us. It is important that we desire to receive it. If we don't something that we pray about it Jesus said that if you pray you will receive. The father will not reject those who ask for the holy spirit. But for us mainly uh the topic uh out of these 16 points is is the one about the power to preach the gospel. And uh I believe that's the one we need the most. That is the one that um we are striving for is to bring the believer uh bring people into the church right to bring uh to convert people from the uh path of destruction onto the eternal life. So there is I'm going to read from Acts where it speaks about receiving the power. It's going to be Acts uh chapter 1 verses 6-8. I did not read the the event of the day of Pentecost because I think we all know it. We're very familiar with it. Those who are not familiarized with it. Um if you go to Acts 2 chapter, you can read in details how the event happened. Uh but being that said coming from Pentecostal tradition, I think we're we are very well aware of that. And so I mainly wanted to underline the the works of the Holy Spirit in the life of the believer. So Acts 1 uh 6-8 here uh Luke writes about uh this promise. It says, "So when they had come together, they asked him, Lord, will you at this time restore the kingdom to Israel?" He said to them, "It is not for you to know times or season that the Father has fixed by his own authority, but you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you and you will be my witness in Jerusalem and in all Judea, Samaria, and to the ends of the earth." So here we see specifically that the power from the Holy Spirit is given to them directly to be able to preach the gospel. And I know often we might think that you know people who travel into the distant lands right they need that power to be able to have you know endure their hardship and evangelize into you know to people who've never heard the gospel or whatever challenges might present. But here Jesus does not start that they're going to go to the ends of the earth and he'll give them power for that. He said that he'll give them the power to witness in Jerusalem. So he says,"I will give you power." So you could witness a boyisey. We do not only need that power or only see that evangelism is, you know, it's out there, right? It's traveling. It's going to India, going to Africa, going to Mexico or wherever we traveled. I know Tim had experience in Africa. I won a missionary trip in India. And and and that is great, great experiences. But Jesus himself told them that they will start where? They will start where they live. They will start at the local community. And that's where we at today. And so do we also not need the power of the Holy Spirit to preach to our community. There's a lot of people can do without power of Holy Spirit, right? They can they can apply their own strength, apply their own will and people can be successful that they can be successful filled in seats in the church. Now will those people be regenerated? Will those people have the you know Holy Spirit work in their lives or sometimes they enticed by other things. So as we are on this path on this uh you know desire to be able to preach to be able to uh to draw people to be able to bring them the gospel we we don't we don't need to fill these seats you know so we can send the collection plate and get more money. We we have no interest in that. If our true desire as a believer who have received the salvation is to know that this gift that is offered to you, that assurance that you have, that assurance that Holy Spirit speaks to your spirit and says that you're child of God could be afforded to people around you. And so although we uh many of us are baptized with the Holy Spirit, uh I see that there is a certain endowment of power that we need to search out in order to continue on this mission that we started. Like we spoke last Sunday, right? We have the plan for the moving to the gym. you know, we have uh many plans and we saw the the breakdown of what the church wants to do and how to proceed going forward. But I'd say that before that most important is for us to receive the power to preach the gospel because without that power, we can get disheartened. We'll get tired. We'll get weary. But when God fills us with the power, the basic sermons, the basic words, they that will come out with the power of the Holy Spirit. Um I want to so I want to read through the gifts of the spirit. Let's go to Corinthians 12. 1 Corinthians, sorry. Right. as you were thinking there, right? So, we're going to go to first Corinthians 169, page 1659, and we will read chapter 12. 1 Corinthians chapter 12:es 4- 11. Let me go here. Apostle Paul speaks about the v variety of gifts that are given by the holy spirit uh to the church and I will read through them. Now there are uh varieties of gifts but the same spirit and there are varieties of service but the same lord. There are varieties of activities but it is the same god who empowers them all in everyone. To each is given the manifestation of the spirit for the common good. For to one is given through the spirit the utterance of wisdom, and to another the utterance of knowledge according to the same spirit, to another faith by the same spirit, to another gift of healing by the one spirit. To another the working of miracle, to another prophecy, to another the ability to distinguish between spirits, to another various kinds of tongues, to another the interpretation of tongues. All are employ all these are employed by one and the same spirit who appoints to each one individually as he will. So we see the list of the gifts of spirit that God has for the church. And I would implore us, right? I would encourage us as the as the church is this I don't know what you can say this young congregation. There's majority of young people here. um that we strive for these gifts, that we strive for this power that God's promising to us, that he's given to us because like I said already, not to repeat myself, we can do a lot with our own strength, with our own uh will, but we will do much more when we have the spirit of God when endows us with power. Uh I wanted to read a little bit from the life of DL Moody and this is um this is kind of a on the topic of receiving the power and this happens you know I read what happens to Apostle the promise and this is what happens in the life of Dwight Elm Moody. He um at this at at this moment where this story kind of captures uh his experience of receiving power at this time he was known of evangelism. He already had you know he have done a lot of work. He had he started big Sunday school. Uh if you know life of his history of his life he was a very accomplished person that time. He was known person. He was preaching. Uh so this was not a man who was you know new. He was not a new believer. This is not a person just converted and and he heards of this um of this gift of the power from the Holy Spirit. So I'll do a little back backdrop story what happens with him. So on multiple occasions there were these two women uh that whenever he they be the place maybe Moody was preaching they'd come to him and say that we're praying for you Mr. booty and this happened multiple times and they said we're praying for you to receive the power and uh and he got frustrated and he said why don't you pray for sinners why are you praying for me he could not understand like what they're talking about and since this happened multiple times one day he asked and he said explain what is this that you're praying for me for right what power and they told him that we're praying for you that you'd receive uh power of the Holy Spirit And as I said, Moody is known evangelist. He is not new to the gospels, right? He knows his Bible. He's a preacher and he's confused. What are these women speaking of or what it is power that they they're offering to him. And so he decided because he was God loving men. He decided that whatever it is they're talking about, he did not understand. But he started praying with them. And so on occasions when they would be together like you know at a church event and there were prayers he said let's pray together for this and so they start praying fervently for this receiving the power of the Holy Spirit and mind you this is in uh 18 this happened in 18 I think 71. So this is before the birth of the Pentecostal movement. This is before probably sermons and preaching on on the Holy Spirit uh that came after that. So this is the event that is described what happened with Dwight Elm Moody after they start praying with these women to receive this power and he was very disheartened because he was not receiving it. He was praying, he was crying and he and he was not receiving this power. And so he was planning a trip to uh to England to go on a on a you know to preach over there. And here's the story. Not long after one day, so not long after they were praying, he was praying with these women for the to receive this power. Not long after, one day on his way to England, he was walking up Wall Street, New York, and in the and in the midst of the bustle and her of that city, his prayer was answered. The power of God fell upon him as he walked up the street, and he had to hurry off to the house of a friend and ask that he might have a room by himself. And in that room he stayed alone for hours. And the Holy Ghost came upon him, filling his soul with such a joy that that last he had to ask God to withhold his hand, lest he die on the spot from very joy. He went out from that place with the power of the Holy Ghost upon him. And when he and when he got to London, the power of God uh worked through him mightily in North London and hundreds were added to the churches and that was what led to his being invited over to a wonderful campaign that followed in later years. Dwight describes this experience in this way. So this was uh Ari describing uh this event because Moody rarely talked about it and this is in the words of Moody himself. He said I was crying all the time that God would fill me with his spirit. Well one day in the city of New York, oh what a day. I cannot describe it. I seldom refer to it. It is almost too sacred an experience to name. Paul had an experience of which he never spoke for 14 years. I can only say that God revealed himself to me and that I had such an experience of his love that I had to ask him to stay his hand. I went to preach again. The sermons were not different. I did not present any new truth. And yet hundreds were converted. I would not now be placed back where I was before that blessed experience. If you should give me all the world, it would be as the small dust of of the balance. This is the power that I'm speaking of. We can be preachers, we can be teachers, but there is this power of the Holy Spirit that is available to all of us. And that's the power that I'm talking about. And that's the power that I call you, I call myself to strive for because if we want to truly want to do what we say to save the lost, then we need to receive the power. We need to pray for the power. We need to ask for that, guys. Because if you're not willing to storm the throne of God to receive that power, then you're lying to yourself that you're willing to go out and preach. It happens in your prayer closet. It happens on your knees. It happens in the brokenness. When God does this work that he had in Dwell Moody, he said, "I did not speak new truth. I did not speak new sermons." But what happened? Hundreds were coming to Christ. This is this is the power that we need. And this is the power that I encourage all of us to strive for. I mean, you guys know that we have Thursday Bible prayers, right? They're open to everyone. And those Bible prayers in the beginning, we have a prayer. We pray for those lost in our life. We take turns. We name names and we starting to bring them to the throne of God, those who are lost. I know I don't know how busy everybody's schedules are. Usually, it's a small group of people. same people returning over and over. I know that there's I believe that there's more that could be there. So, if you wholeheartedly want to be a servant of God, if you want to bring souls to the kingdom, if you want to receive those rewards that are promised, let's not live according to flesh, right? Let's not live according to desires that our flesh has, but let's start praying. Let's start supplicating. Let's start calling on God and asking him to sanctify us, to cleanse us, to prepare the vessel in which he can pour out that power because he will not pour out that power if that vessel is not prepared. If there's anything else of the world, the Holy Spirit is not going to abide in that vessel. Right? We know this. I'm not saying anything new, but sometimes we just need to hear these words, right? Sometimes we just need to be encouraged again. We just need to be reminded that we are Christians. We're followers of Christ. We upon this earth to represent Christ. Christ is not walking in our midst. You, you, me, we are representers of Christ. How impressed are people with Jesus by knowing us? Are we good representers? Can we can we look in our heart and say, "Yes, my Lord is proud of me. He knows that I'm faithful." Or are we, you know, bugged down by these constant commotion of of the life and the technology and everything that suffocates that call of the Holy Spirit that suffocates that desire to know God. Let's let's pull back. We know we know these truth. I'm not saying anything new guys. Absolutely. But we just need to be reminded and we need to consciously start working towards that. So I I beseech you on these times on these Thursdays when you have time come and pray with us. Come and study the word. Let's start praying together. If we who was there on Tuesday, we've heard of um Moravian brothers. There was a lot of division. There was a lot of squables. There was a lot of different understanding of theology. But when they united, when they start praying, when the Holy Spirit poured out on them, they had one of the most powerful missions. Uh and the what they accomplished is amazing. there's probably not another uh brotherhood that united like that that had that kind of impact and that kind of effect and you know and I'm not going that you know going to communal living or striving for that but I'm just saying let's start small right let's start with baby steps if we can say let's start gathering together and praying and let the Lord lead and see where this comes and see where the Lord takes us because because he will not leave us fruitful right fruitless he will not leave us because these are promises given to church. This is what God wants to do. This is his commandment is to go and preach the gospel. We either follow that commandment or we continue walking in circles, never really breaking through, never really, you know, leaving church and we just kind of in circle continue walking around. So I I encourage you on Thursdays, those who have time, those who don't have time, maybe you have to set things aside. Perhaps you need to make some uncomfortable uh choices. But come join us. Come pray for your for the last one in your family, for your neighbors, for your friends, for your schoolmates, co-workers. I think once we start listing people that in our mind, we'll realize that we can spend that whole hour just praying about the the fallen and and the sinners in our life that we would like to uh to be saved. This I'd like to end that we pray. Okay. Lord God, almighty heavenly father, uh we thank you, Lord God, that on this day of Pentecost, Lord God, you speak into our hearts and you encouraging us, Lord God, to search for you, Lord God, to receive the power to receive the gifts that you have prepared, Lord God. You're not giving those gifts out just so that we can store them Lord safely in our hearts. But you're giving those for edification of the church. You give in power so that we can go and preach and that we can bring those who are lost to the salvation and those who are on the path Lord God to hell, those on the path of destruction that they would return, they would turn around and they would start Lord God following after you for the joy and the promises of eternal life and the blessed uh kingdom that you have prepared Lord God is something that on my mind can't even fathom but I take it by faith. I believe it. I trust you, God, and I thank you in Jesus name. Amen. Amen. For our last song, we'll be singing How Deep The Father's Love. How deep the Father's love for us. How vast beyond all measure that he should give his only son to make a wretous treasure. How great the pain of seeing loss. The father turns his face away. as wounds which mar the chosen world. Bring many sons to gloryy. Behold the man upon the cross. I sit upon his shoulders. Ashamed I hear my mocking voice call out among the scoffers. It was my sin that held him there. until it was accomplished. His dying breath has brought me life. I know that it is finished. I will not boast in. No gifts, no power, no wisdom. But I will boast in Jesus Christ, his death and resurrection. Why should I gain from his reward? I cannot give an answer, but this I know with all my heart. His words have paid my ransom. Why should I gain from his reward? I cannot give an answer, but this I know with all my heart. His words have paid my ransom. Praise God. Amen. Church, our service has come to the end. And I think we all can think about what was spoken this morning. And it was a message I felt that it was led by the Holy Spirit. Uh because when the Holy Spirit touches us and fills our hearts, it takes away all fear. It takes away all fear. And that's how the world was changed on its head. Because before the Holy Spirit, the the the disciples, they were always afraid. But after the Holy Spirit, they were like bulls. They were just walking into into the pits of hell and saving the lost from there. And um like uh brother Vlad was saying, let us all seek for this. Let us all seek for this. And those who uh maybe today are not saved, you are lost in this world, just know that if you come to Christ, he will not only save you from the pits of hell, but he will empower you to go and save more who are perishing. And that will be the greatest reward we will receive. Amen. Um just a few announcements that on on Sundays, yes, service from 9:00 a.m. Tuesdays we do have a Bible study at 8:30. Well, it's more a Bible reading and just discussion um at the Cafe State Street. Uh it's getting a little bit warmer, so there's more people coming in that early. Um, I wanted the whole coffee shop for ourselves, but but um, if you don't see me in the coffee shop, I'll probably be at the outside area. It's getting warm and nice. Uh, Thursdays at 6:00 p.m. like, uh, Brother Vlad said, we have the prayer for the lost, for the community around our church. We pray for them, too. And also, we have our Bible study. This Saturday at 2:00, we're going to all come to church uh to clean up the gym and start preparing, God willing, the move to the gym in a few months. So, we're going to come there at 2:00 and just remove everything that we see and start like cleaning it. It might not be a one day thing. There's a lot to do. So, I ask everybody who can come to please be there. Um, there was another announcement. I I knew I should have wrote it down, but Oh, yeah. And we have our evangelism courses on Tuesdays at 6:30. They started. So, uh, we're just going by a program. I'm not an evangelist, but we're going by a program who who are evangelists. And, uh, it it will also give us the knowledge how to to come and reach to those who are perishing. Um, does anybody have any knees before we pray? If not, let's pray. Lord God, we thank you, Lord, for this uh message that we heard, Lord God, about how you empower us, Lord God. And God, I pray empower our church, Lord God, to to go and to preach the truth to the lost, Lord God, but also to be in you, Lord God, to be in your love, to be in your power, to to be in your holiness, and your righteousness, seeking you daily, Lord God. And God, use us to reach those God, that are perishing, that don't know you, that don't have hope, Lord God, that don't have a future, Lord God, that don't have meaning in life anymore, God, because of their situations maybe that they are going through, Lord God. They lost everything, God, all meaning and hope, Lord. Send us to those people, God, to tell them about your love and that you, God, can give them the joy and the hope, Lord God. Send us, Lord Jesus. Let us be the those disciples who make other disciples who make other disciples Lord God for your kingdom not ours. In Jesus name we pray. Amen. Our Father in heaven hallowed be your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our sins as we forgive those who sin against us. Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. For your kingdom, your power, and glory forever are yours. Amen. Be blessed church.
